- Assist with the development,
- implementation and monitoring of a marketing strategy for Maxima Media Group products/services (this includes the articulation of cross selling opportunities).
- Cultivating and generating sales for all the Maxima Media Group products and services.
- Execute marketing research activities and computation analysis of data gathered
- Liaise with units to develop promotional activities for new and existing products/services
- Coordinate product performance assessment initiatives and recommend solutions for product improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with all strategic business units of Maxima Media Group.
- Maintain client database and ensure periodic follow-up correspondence with clients as required
- Ensure maintenance of client invoice schedule and timely follow-up
- Develop presentations and proposals to prospective clients with the view to cross sell Maxima Media Group products and services

Qualifications

- Machine Planning of styles as per availability of Cutting and Material in Line.
- Should follow-up Quality systems-Standards-Procedures and Check points inside the Production Stitching line, Handwork section, Trimming section, Quality checking section and till Packing and Dispatch of every style.
- Be able to Troubleshoot Quality related bottlenecks inside the Production line and Cutting section.
- Suppose any one in the team is not reaching his/her target, question the team member then and there everyday and motivate him to reach his/her target and groom his talent.
- Remind every team member about their target which in turn is your target and work towards the fulfillment of the production and QUALITY TARGETS set by the management.
- Organise and arrange things on all Maintenance and Electrical related issues of the Unit.
- Should be capable of solving small Machine or Mechanical repairs or arrange for the engineers to solve big problems.
- Prepare time log for all running styles Operation wise, and ensure that it happens as planned.
- Coordination Merchandiser, Fabric Store and Design team.
- To figure out and resolve the Technical problems (suppose found) related to received Patterns, Cutting, Stitching, Quality checking and Finishing of every style. Not to proceed without a thought process.
- You should be Active, Energetic, Self motivated,, Hard working, and to be Capable enough of handling all the Unit Workers on the whole.
